Weird FPS Issue Options

Hi All,

I purchased a new graphics card the other day as i have started playing css againa after not playing for 2 years obv my g card was getting a bit old . I bought a nVidia GeForce 512mb PNY 7300GT. Which i thought was a pretty good card for the money that i paid for it . When i loaded css up and i check the advanced graphics settings everything was to the limit. So i turned some of that down and joined a server. I then realised that the FPS that i was getting was worse than my old 128mb graphics card . Which i thought was strange. I don't know if anyone knows of why this does this. My computer aint anything to have a party over but it aint too bad to play css i know that much.
