so im upgrading from my old bfg 6600 gt and im wondering if i should go with a bfg 7900 gt oc (not gtx) or get a x1900xt


my system isnt much but its what i am keeping until vista comes out

3200 athlon 64
1.5 gb ddr 3200
soundblaster audigy
bfg 6600 gt oc
450 watt power supply
and some ugly ass case that seems to keep everything cool
i have a 19in lcd moniter and i run all games at 1280x1024

with this information what should i go for?

Wow, both very nice choices. For a game like CS:S I don't think it will matter much as either will push that 19" monitor quite well!

I'm jealous, I'm playing on a 2.4Ghz P4 box w/ an older but nice 21" trinitron CRT. While it works fine, I would sure like something newer.
